Southern 04:41
Take a second to step out and force an end to this tirade. I can say that I'm southern from the way that I've headed northbound. Passed a thought to the something I can say I've wanted for years now. And this time, I'm right. My patient disguise that shows you all that I'm right. But southern from the way I... Capture moments and try to take a second and make it last so long, it feels like forever's now. Now that I'm making my memories, you can try to forget just what brought you here. Give credit where it's due. And this time, I'm right. My patient disguise that shows you all that I'm right. But southern from the way I... Gonna savor something. Gonna make something last, just don't know what it is yet. Gonna wager everything that I can catch your eye.

Socially, you're quite acceptable. A passive/agressive and you must know how it feels to need something tangible. Walk for miles in shoes with no soles. And always out of control, find the why. Floating like a social butterfly Walking on the wire, feeling fine Until you lose your balance. Mind this, I'll take just what I can get. Your pace grows faster with every single step. And how it feels to need something tangible. Walk for miles in shoes with no soles. And always out of control, find the why. Floating like a social butterfly Walking on the wire, feeling fine Until you lose your balance.

Overboard 04:18
We're ready when you are, so lets move on. I could sit here forever wondering on what went wrong. I've been overboard, swimming for the shore for what's feeling like to long. The letters I write build into a pile. The wind blows and they're gone. And if that's the best that you can do, lets move on. The places you've been don't hold candles to where you can't go. And my dear, you'll have to stand awhile in the rain to see the rainbow. The letters I write build into a pile. The wind blows and they're gone. And if that's the best that you can do, lets move on. Show me the rest of what you'll go through and I'll be gone. And would it make more sense if I took the time to mention that somethings always wrong? And if thats the best that you can do....

No Idea 02:37
I'll say what I mean to the walls and in dreams. And I'll stay and shoot the breeze if you don't tell me to leave but you will. You have no idea at all and this will go on for years to come. It's all a dream because maybe I like it that way. It feels good just to be so in love with the idea that these dogs get their days and our lives will go a long way. This puts up a flag. One that I'm smart not to raise. It marks the end of the maze and thats what I'm really afraid of. I'll say what I mean to the walls and in dreams. And I'll stay and shoot the breeze if you don't tell me to leave but you will.

Jill 04:29
I never could figure out why there has to be a reason to rhyme. When all the planets are aligned, they say all th wrong could be right. So save your breath and save your time. The reason doesn't always rhyme. But the sliver lining always lines. And from a distance, you'll be living. They'll keep taking and we'lll keep giving you away. What's the weather like out there? I hear it's lovely twelve months of the year. What's it like to watch us sleep? Do our eyelids twitch with our bad dreams? So save your breath and save your time. The reason doesn't always rhyme. But the sliver lining always lines. And from a distance, you'll be living. They'll keep taking and we'lll keep giving you away. It's ok, I know there's something to be said for all this time we're spending on forever. The things I remember the most were positively the best parts, the good things, the things that only make you smile. Don't they make you smile? So save your breath and save your time. The reason doesn't always rhyme. But the sliver lining always lines. And from a distance, you'll be living. They'll keep taking and we'lll keep giving you away.

It's a Lock 06:35
Wide awake to more of the same these days. Rise to place a face with a name. In this place I live, I'm always king. One mistake...there won't be two. If less of the same is more of something else, then I can break down and buy what you sell. It's a lot, but it's never enough. It's a lock that needs openin up. The time I waste collecting dust these days. A day, a night then a day gets wasted away. I've been around for a long time and I can see nothing has changed. The lovin makes for a good ride. But it brings me back round to see that nothing has changed. If less of the same is more of something else, then I can break down and buy what you sell. We're takin the long way. Did I gas the car? The less I think, the more I find the waiting part has gone way too far. It's a lot, but it's never enough. It's a lock that needs openin up.

It's gone on now for months and one day for good luck. The routine must have stuck. So bow out gracefully. Count them out, 1, 2, 3...all the things we'll never be. You're walking the fine line between what I say and what I really mean. And is it a burden to guess? Closing up the door, we're back to where we were before we left. It's easy just to waste your time and take up space. I'm leaving here without a trace. What more help can I be here? I'll be in the way, every day. I'm sticking out like a sore thumb. You're walking the fine line between what I say and what I really mean. And is it a burden to guess? Closing up the door, we're back to where we were before we left. The ringing and knocking coming from the phone and at the door again. So pick up and say hello or open up and welcome in a friend. Could I be the friend standing on the other side or on the other end of the telephone line? You're walking the fine line between what I say and what I really mean. And is it a burden to guess? Closing up the door, we're back to where we were before we left.

Do I get a moment to decide if its worth it to pack up and just leave it? The punchline's now the real thing and it looks like the joke's on me. I'm the last one to have any understanding. The lies are mounting up. They're rolling off your tongue. Your days are numbered but you're still rambling on. And if it goes down like that I'll be so surprised. Do I get a moment to collect all my thinking before I go off and ruin everything? I'm tired of all the lite talking around them all the time. This has all been outta spite. Now I'm gonna take off my disguise and breathe. Do I get a moment to decide if its worth it to pack up and just leave it?

Bridges 03:19
Figure out the fastest way to go and get there like there's no tomorrow. There's nothing left to learn that yo don't know. So burn the bridge you're crossing as you go. It'll be fine, I swear it will be. Messages are left and not returned. Can't rebuild the bridges that you burned. Told you, while you sleep, the world still turns and you're missing out. But it'll be fine, I swear it will be. Believe everyhing you read becase it's all true. Count your blessings one by one, they count on you. Figure out the fastest way to go and get there like there's no tomorrow. There's nothing left to learn that yo don't know. You're not missing out.
